I would fully recommend Matt Dicke for any project. Matt has assisted me in rolling out many Macintosh workstations and one Panther Server, Matt understands his Macs, be it OS troubleshooting, installs or upgrades.   Aside from Matt's quite logical approach to troubleshooting, he brings very calm and easygoing attitude which helps tremendously when dealing with the end user.
